FOR TE URU WAITAKERE CONTEMPORARY GALLERY

Each year, Te Uru hosts the Portage Ceramic Awards, the biggest annual showcase of ceramics in the country. I had the lucky job of re-designing the publication in 2015 as the gallery changed it's name from Lopdell House Gallery. I also came up with the new Portage branding to tie in with Te Uru's existing logo. The Portage logo includes a superscript year reference that changes annually. 

The format I designed for the publication has clear, wide white margins, large-scale colour images to showcase the ceramics as clearly as possible, a page format that is easily adaptable to each year's new challenges, and the ability to select a new theme colour to differentiate each year.
