In 2018, legendary art/music group From Scratch fronted by Phil Dadson, held an interactive survey exhibition at Te Uru.

Coinciding with the exhibition, was the release of the publication Splash Five 1987: From Scratch Special Issue 2018. I designed this insert/poster to be placed inside each publication. It commemorates the exhibition and provides an essay, discography and chronology to provide background to the group's many exploits.This A2 poster folds to an easily legible A4 booklet.

 

I also designed the branding for the overall exhibition, which, with it's solid 'O's and parallel pipe lines in the capital A - ties together references from more than thirty years of concert posters and album covers produced by the band.
